This Privacy Policy explains how BitPulseHub collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the BitPulseHub mobile application (the "App"). The App is a market data and utility tool: it provides cryptocurrency market data and news, read-only monitoring of Bitcoin network statistics and linked mining pools, and a manual portfolio bookkeeping feature. The App does not store, transmit, or exchange cryptocurrency, and does not provide wallet, deposit, or withdrawal functionality.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
When you create an account we collect your email address, login credentials (stored only in hashed form), optional nickname, and optional country/region.
Portfolio holdings you manually enter (asset symbol, quantity, cost price) and mining pool links you choose to save (pool name, read-only observer URL or API key). These records are used solely to provide the corresponding features to you.
Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, language, and basic interaction data used to operate and improve the App.
We do not collect identity documents (no KYC), payment information, deposit or withdrawal addresses, contacts, photos, precise location, camera, or microphone data.
We do not sell your personal information.

Market data and news are fetched from third-party sources (e.g., CoinGecko, Cointelegraph, mempool.space) by our servers; your account information is not shared with these sources.
Each third party processes data only as instructed and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
Account data and the records you create are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account (available in the App under Me → Delete Account), your account information, portfolio records, and pool links are permanently deleted from our servers.
We use TLS encryption in transit, hashed credentials (bcrypt), token-based sessions, and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential.
Depending on your region (including GDPR/EEA, APPI/Japan, PIPA/Korea), you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the App (Me → Delete Account). For other requests, contact bitpulse-service@gmail.com. We respond within the period required by applicable law.
The App is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us for deletion.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The "Effective Date" above shows the latest revision.
